To Antonio: The 5A apartrment window glass panes in Madeleine bedroom were closed, and some people say "if they were closed, then they were auto-lock, and it would be impossible to open any of them from the outside without damage". 

Para Antonio: Las hojas de vidrio de la ventana del dormitorio de Madeleine en el apartamento 5A estaban cerradas, y alguna gente dice que "si estaban cerradas, entonces estaban trabadas automáticamente, y es imposible abrir ninguna de ellas desde el exterior sin daño".

I will answer to this critic empirically. The man in the following video (taken from A verdade da mentira) closes the original 5A window panes, and they does not auto-lock. They had not auto-lock, or the auto-lock failed. But if this happened to him, this may happen to Madeleine parents, or to anyone.

Contestaré a esta crítica empíricamente. El hombre en el siguiente video (tomado de A verdade da mentira) cierra las hojas de vidrio de la ventana original del 5A, y no se traban automáticamente. O no tenían traba automática, o la traba falló. Pero si le pasó a él, le puede pasar a los padres de Madeleine, o a cualquiera.
