EL RAPTO DE MADELEINE MCCANN: ¿VIO JANE TANNER AL SECUESTRADOR?
Scotland Yard Operation Grange staff believe they have identified the man carrying a child in his arms and that Jane Tanner saw the night Madeleine was abducted.
El equipo de la Operation Grange de Scotland Yard cree haber identificado al hombre que llevaba un/a niño/a en sus brazos y que Jane Tanner vio la noche en que Madeleine fue secuestrada.
But are they 100% sure?: "We believe we have identified the man who was seen by Jane Tanner carrying a child at about 21.15 near the apartment G5A. [...] a Met Police photo of the the British holidaymaker who we have spoken to and is seen here wearing the clothes he believes he may have been wearing that evening" [bolds are mine].

I will call this man Mr.H. and will assume that he was living at the block of Ocean Club apartments indicated as B in the following map. He would be going from A (the creche) to his apartment, the red arrow indicating his direction of walk, according to Jane Tanner statements.

Llamaré a este hombre Mr.H. y asumiré que estaba viviendo en el block de apartamentos del Ocean Club indicado como B en el siguiente mapa. Él estaría yendo desde A (la guardería) hasta su apartamento, con la flecha roja indicando el sentido en que caminaba, de acuerdo a las declaraciones de Jane Tanner.
Muchas personas dirían que el sentido en el que Mr.H. estaba caminando (y acarreando un/a niño/a) no sería el trayecto más lógico desde A hasta B. Pero no considero esto importante: él podría haberse perdido.
But I think that he was not Mr.H. but the abductor. The manner the man was carrying the child, as described by Jane Tanner, is what people would carry a two or three years old sleeping child a short distance (for ergonomic reasons) and not hundreds of meters. For hundreds of meters people would put the child weight, alternatively, over each of their shoulders.
Pero pienso que él no era Mr.H. sino el secuestrador. La manera en que llevaba a el/la niño/a, según fue descripta por Jane Tanner, es como la gente llevaría un/a niño/a dormido/a de dos o tres años una distancia corta (por razones ergonómicas) pero no cientos de metros. Para cientos de metros la gente pondría el peso de el/la niño/a, alternativamente, sobre cada uno de sus hombros.
In my opinion, the man lifted the child in arms not so many meters away from where Jane saw him, and he would have been the abductor carrying Madeleine. I also think it was at 21:50 pm (see here, Appendix E).
En mi opinión, el hombre levantó en brazos a el/la niña/a no a muchos metros de donde Jane lo vio, y podría haber sido el secuestrador con Madeleine. También pienso que eran las 21:50 pm (ver aquí, Apéndice E).
Update March 30, 2015: I have seen today in a Operation Grange page the following: "21:00: Couple of British holidaymakers collected their children from the night creche at the Ocean Club main 24hr reception. The father walks on ahead with one child in his arms back towards block 4 and 5". The italics are mine.
Actualización 30 de marzo de 2015: He visto hoy en una página de Operation Grange lo siguiente: "21:00: Pareja de turistas británicos recogieron a sus hijos de la guardería del Ocean Club en la recepción principal. El padre camina adelante con una niña brazos de regreso a los bloques 4 y 5. " Las itálicas son mías.
This add more confusion, because Jane Tanner saw the man with a child not in a "towards block 4 and 5" direction, but "from block 4 and 5". Should I call Mr.H. as Mr.T. now?
Esto agrega más confusión, porque Jane Tanner vio al hombre con la niña no en la dirección "de regreso a los bloques 4 y 5", sino "desde los bloques 4 y 5". Debería llamar a Mr.H. como Mr.T. ahora?
