In English below ...A continuación voy a enumerar los principales acontecimientos de lo que se conoce como la “hora clave” en el secuestro de Madeleine McCann.
La hora clave es la acontecida entre las 21:00 y las 22:00, del día 3 de mayo de 2007. Extraje los datos luego de sopesar los testimonios de los testigos oculares, brindados a la Polícia Judiciaria hasta el día 11 de mayo de 2007 inclusive; y los testimonios de los integrantes de la familia irlandesa S. (Martin, Aoife y Peter), registrados el 26 de mayo de 2007 (ver el índice de testimonios en los folios 4507 a 4510 del expediente del caso).

21:00 horas aproximadamente: los padres de Madeleine, Gerry y Kate McCann, se encuentran con sus 7 amigos (Matthew y Rachael Oldfield; Jane Tanner y Russell O’Brien; David y Fiona Payne; y Diane Webster) en el Bar Tapas para cenar (ver posición “A” en la foto).
21:05 horas aproximadamente: Gerry va a controlar a sus hijos al apartamento, distante unos 100 metros a pie del Bar Tapas (ver posición “B” en la foto). Madeleine se encuentra bien.
21:15 horas aproximadamente: Jane Tanner deja el Bar Tapas para ir a ver a sus propios hijos. Es entonces cuando ve a un hombre llevando una criatura en brazos (ver el dibujo basado en su declaración, y la zona “C” en la foto. El hombre iba en la dirección señalada por la flecha en la foto).
21:30 horas aproximadamente: Matthew Oldfield pasa por el apartamento de los McCann, entra por la puerta corrediza del fondo, y se acerca a la habitación de los niños. Ve a los gemelos, y todo le parece tranquilo, por lo que asume que todo está bien, y no se acerca más, por lo que no llega a ver a Madeleine.
21:50 horas aproximadamente: los miembros de la familia S. (Martin, Peter, Aoife, de 12 años, Tadgh, de 13 años, y otros más) ven a un hombre con una criatura en brazos (ver zona “D” en la foto. El hombre iba en la dirección señalada por la flecha en la foto).
22:00 horas aproximadamente: Kate McCann va a ver a sus hijos, y encuentra la persiana del frente levantada, la ventana abierta, y falta Madeleine.
¿Cómo entró y salió el secuestrador? Había tres puntos débiles en la seguridad del apartamento: (a) la puerta corrediza del fondo estaba sin traba; (b) la ventana de la habitación de los niños podría tener las hojas entreabiertas aunque la persiana estuviera bajada; y (c) la puerta del frente estaba cerrada con llave a las 21:00 horas (pero luego Gerry entra por ella, y sale por la puerta del fondo: ¿cierra con llave?).
Todo parece indicar que la salida del secuestrador con Madeleine se produjo a través de la ventana del frente.
Se pueden comparar algunos aspectos de la observación de Jane Tanner con la de la familia S (Martin, Aoife y Peter). Ver el expediente del caso páginas 46, 47, 48, 928, 929, 1608, 1613, 1614, 1616, 1617 y 1618.
LA CRIATURA
Según Jane Tanner, iba vestida con un pijama, sin estar envuelta en una manta, y con los pies descalzos. El pijama parecía ser de algodón, de color claro, quizás blanco o rosa. Tal vez tenía un diseño de flores. Por el pijama dedujo que la criatura, mayor que un bebé, era de sexo femenino. De acuerdo a Martin S. el sexo de la criatura era femenino, de unos 4 años de edad, y de cerca de 1 metro de estatura. El cabello era rubio, sin ser muy brillante. Piel blanca. Vestía un pijama de color claro, no estaba envuelta en ninguna manta. Según el testimonio de Aoife S. la criatura era del sexo femenino, con el cabello largo por el cuello, liso, entre rubio y castaño. Aparentaba unos 4 años de edad. Vestía unas calzas claras, blancas o rosa claro, que parecían un pijama, quizás de algodón. No estaba envuelta en una manta. Llevaba una blusa de color claro, de mangas largas. De la declaración de Peter S. surge que la criatura avistada era de sexo femenino. Quizás de 2 ó 3 años de edad. Cabello rubio, sin ser muy brillante. Piel clara. También según Peter S. su hijo Tadgh, de 13 años, había contado en Irlanda, que la criatura llevaba los pies descalzos.
EL HOMBRE
De acuerdo a Jane Tanner, aparentaba entre 35 y 40 años, de complexión física delgada, de cerca de 1,70 metros de estatura (de acuerdo a Kate McCann hay un error en el registro de este dato, que sería 1,78 metros. Ver su libro Madeleine página 371). Su cabello era muy oscuro, espeso, corto, pero largo hasta el cuello por detrás. Vestía unas calzas derechas de tejido tipo lino de color entre beige y dorado. Los zapatos eran negros, clásicos, quizás con un pequeño tacón. Abrigo de color oscuro, tipo anorak. Según Martin S. era un hombre caucásico de cerca de 34 ó 35 años, y de 1,75 a 1,80 metros de estatura. Complexión normal, tirando a delgado. Cabello corto de color castaño. Llevaba unas calzas de color crema o beige, de corte clásico. No parecía un turista. De la declaración de Aoife S. surge que el hombre sería caucásico, de piel clara, y aparentaba cerca de 30 años. Complexión física normal, y 1,70 a 1,75 metros de estatura. Cabello espeso, castaño claro, corto por detrás, y un poco más largo por arriba. Vestía calzas derechas, lisas, de color beige claro, tejido tipo algodón. Según el testimonio de Peter S. el individuo era caucásico, de entre 1,75 a 1,80 metros de estatura, cerca de 35 años de edad. Piel algo morena, debido a la exposición solar. Complexión normal, en buen estado físico. Cabello corto, de color castaño.

Below I will list the main events of what is known as the "key time" in the abduction of Madeleine McCann.
The key time occurred between 21:00 and 22:00, the day May 3, 2007. Data was extracted after weighing the testimony of eyewitnesses taken for the Polícia Judiciária until the day May 11, 2007 inclusive, and the testimonies of members of the Irish family S. (Martin, Aoife and Peter), recorded on May 26, 2007 (see the index of testimonies on pages 4507-4510 of the case file ).
Approximately 21:00 hours: the parents of Madeleine, Gerry and Kate McCann, are with their 7 friends (Matthew and Rachael Oldfield, Jane Tanner and Russell O'Brien, David and Fiona Payne, and Diane Webster) in the Bar Tapas for dinner (see position "A" in the photo).
21:05 hours approximately: Gerry is going to control their children to the apartment, just 100 meters away on foot from the Tapas Bar (see position "B" in photo). Madeleine is well.
Approximately 21:15 hours: Jane Tanner left the Tapas Bar to go to see their own children. She then sees a man carrying a baby in arms (see picture based on her statement, and the area "C" in the picture. The man was walking in the direction indicated by the arrow in the photo).
21:30 pm approximately: Matthew Oldfield goes through the apartment of the McCann, walks through the sliding backdoor, and about the children's room. He sees the twins, and everything seems quiet, so that he assumes that everything is fine, and no closer, so he do not get to see Madeleine.
21:50 hours approximately: members of the family S. (Martin, Peter, Aoife, 12, Tadgh, 13, and others) see a man with a child in arms (see "D" in the picture. The man was walking in the direction indicated by arrow pictured).
Approximately 22:00 hours: Kate McCann will see their children, find the shade of the front up, the window open and Madeleine missing.
How did the kidnapper went in and out? There were three weaknesses in the security of the apartment: (a) the sliding backdoor was not locked, (b) the window of the nursery would have the leaves open while the shutter was down, and (c) door the front was locked at 21:00 hours (but then Gerry enters it, and out by the back door: did he lock the front door?).
It seems that the output of Madeleine kidnapper came through the front window.

THE CHILD
According to Jane Tanner, the child was dressed in pajamas, without being wrapped in a blanket, and with bare feet. Appeared to be pajamas of cotton, colored, perhaps white or pink, maybe with a flower design. For the type of pajamas she concluded that the child, older than an infant, was female. According to Martin S. the sex of the child was female, about 4 years old, and about 1 meter tall. The hair was blond, not very bright. White skin. She was wearing light colored pajamas, and was not wrapped in a blanket. According to the testimony of Aoife S. the child was female, with long hair to the neck, smooth, between blond and brown. She looked about 4 years old. She wore light trousers, white or light pink, that appeared to be pajamas, perhaps cotton ones. She was not wrapped in a blanket. She wore a light colored shirt, long sleeves. The declaration of Peter S. shows that the child that was spotted was female. Maybe 2 or 3 years old. Blond hair, without being too bright. Skinned. Also according to Peter S. his son Tadgh, 13, would have told in Ireland that the child had bare feet.
THE MAN
According to Jane Tanner, he appeared to be between 35 and 40 years old, slim, about 1.70 meters tall (according to Kate McCann there is an error in the recording of this data, it would be 1,78 meters. See her book Madeleine, page 371). His hair was very dark, thick, short, but long to the neck from behind. He wore a pair of straight breeches kind of tissue-colored linen, between beige and gold. His shoes were black, classic, perhaps with a small heel. Dark coat, anorak type. According to Martin S. was a Caucasian man about 34 or 35 years, and from 1.75 to 1.80 meters tall. Normal complexion, thin shooting. Brown short hair. He wore a cream-colored or beige tights, classic cut. Not look like a tourist. The statement made by Aoife S. shows that the man would be Caucasian, fair skin, and appeared to be about 30 years old. Normal complexion, 1.70 to 1.75 meters tall. Thick hair, light brown, short to the back, and slightly longer on top. He wore straight trousers, smooth, light beige cotton-type fabric. According to the testimony of Peter S. the individual was Caucasian, from 1.75 to 1.80 meters tall, about 35 years old. He had dark skin due to Sun exposure. Normal complexion, in good physical condition. Short hair, brown color.
